Colgate has launched Premium Video Ads on Facebook to promote Sensitive Pro-Relief, a toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Targeted at Thailand users, the ad features a commercial of the toothpaste.
Premium Video Ads appear on the home page and profile pages of users. Besides the ad copy, advertisers can also include a video within the ad. When the ads are displayed to users, they can simply click on the Play button on the ad unit and they will be able to view the commercial through a video lightbox. At the end of the video, users can choose to like the video, share the video, play again or learn more by clicking through to Colgate’s website.
